Bus Behavior Contract
I, _____________________________________________, understand that my behavior on school bus number ____is not acceptable and is causing a disruption on the bus. I also understand that I may face consequences due to my behavioral choices which may include having my transportation privileges suspended. My signature below represents my agreement to stop misbehavior on the bus immediately. I understand that I must follow the rules of the bus as determined and enforced by the bus driver. I understand the rules include, but are not limited to, the following.
No teasing or bullying
Remain in my assigned seat at all times
Remain seated in my seat at all times
Keep my arms and legs out of the aisle at all times
No hanging out the window
No throwing any objects
Treating all students and the driver with respect
No inappropriate gestures or comments
Not using inappropriate language
I have read and fully understand the above. I realize my parents and the bus driver will be required to sign and will receive a copy of this contract.
