The Benefits of a Good Comeback Line
A good comeback line when getting teased or bullied is defined as follows: 1) It is not an insult to the other kid - insulting the bully/teaser gives this kid more reason to keep on bothering you! 2) It is short and to the point. 3) It is said directly to the other kid while looking into his eyes. 4) It leaves the kid thinking he did not bother you this time and he will NEVER be able to bother you in the future. A good comeback line can help to prevent bullying and teasing from getting worse, and it may even help to prevent it from happening again all together!
